The team does a fabulous job from developing strategy to suit the client's investment needs, performing due diligence, property selection, property presentation (the best I have seen in my dealings with so many advisors before), to the execution of the deal. Matt helped me to acquire a duplex property, which was handed over to me at the end of Dec 2020. To my surprise, the value of the property, post completion, more than exceeded our expectation. I managed to lease both the units within 2 weeks of handover and at the rental estimate provided to me during the property presentation (great yield). The property has been increasing in value since handover, which enabled me to continue with my property investment journey. Matt's expertise in property investment is second to none. I’ve been working with the team at National Investment Advisory for a number of years now and have complete trust in their guidance and support. I purchased two house and land builds through them, and they were there every step of the way — from strategy and site selection, to introductions to letting agents, mortgage brokers and more. The support doesn’t stop once the property is purchased — it’s ongoing, whether you bought three years ago or three days ago. I’ve already seen over $200k growth on one property purchased in late 2022, and $70k on the second, which only handed over earlier this year — both with solid rental returns in place. The team at NIA are always happy to answer any questions, and I’ve never felt pressured to proceed with anything I wasn’t 100% comfortable with. They genuinely care about your long-term success, and it shows.
